Payment
Forms of Payment:
PayPal - Venmo - Zelle
(Cash/Check is accepted only for at home lessons)
Payments are due either on the 1st of the month or on the day of the lesson
If a check bounces there will be an additional $20 fee
The teacher has the right to drop a student if there are two or more lessons without payment
An invoice will be sent before every lesson as well as a receipt after every payment
Lesson rate prices do not include Maryland State Tax of 6%
ex: $35.00 lesson = $37.10 after tax
Scheduling
Scheduling a Lesson
The lesson day and time will be held for the learner. You may reschedule to a different day/time if something comes up for any individual week
The teacher has the right to give away a student's lesson block if payment has failed to be paid for 2 or more weeks
Lessons are scheduled on the hour or half past the hour
If the lesson needs to be cancelled for the week, please give at least 24 hour notice. If the lesson is a no show, the lesson will be charged at full price
Virtual Lessons: If it has been 10 or more minutes and the student has not logged into Zoom, the teacher has the right to end the virtual meeting and log the student as a no show. The lesson will be charged at full price
The teacher has the right to cancel with a respectable amount of time before the lesson. If the teacher is a no show, the student receives their next lesson at no charge
If you decide to pay ahead for the month and need to cancel a lesson, your lesson payment will be pushed into the next month
